Terms & Conditions
01
Each booth, with an area of 9 square meters or more, includes two chairs, one table, a spotlight, an electrical outlet, and a waste bin.
02
If a participant withdraws at least fifteen (15) days before the exhibition starts, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting 15% of the reservation fee.
03
No activities or construction work are allowed inside the booth after the exhibition has started.

Dismantling the booth or removing exhibits is not allowed before the end of the exhibition.

The exhibitor is solely responsible for securing their booth. The organizing committee bears no responsibility for any force majeure incidents or other damages, as there is no group insurance policy covering the exhibition.

The exhibition working hours are determined solely by the exhibition management, and exhibitors are not entitled to object to the scheduled timings.

It is strictly prohibited to display any products that violate public decency or Islamic law.
08
In case of withdrawal after the exhibition has started, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
09
Booth exchanges between participants are prohibited without prior approval from the exhibition management.
10
Each participant is obligated to remove and dispose of all waste from their booth within one week after the exhibition ends.

The use of sound systems or holding raffles is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the exhibition management.

If the participant fails to remove waste within one week after the exhibition ends, they will not be entitled to claim any compensation if the exhibition management removes the booth and its contents.
13
It is prohibited to display any products involved in legal disputes, claims, or ownership issues. The exhibition management assumes no liability for such violations.
14
It is not permitted to drill into the exhibition walls, booths, floor, or roof.
15
The booth will only be handed over once full participation fees have been paid.
